ATTRIBUTES
Commercial Operators Choose Tecnam
The secret of the design of the P2012 is to keep everything simple. Durability results from rugged design: Fixed tricycle landing gear, unpressurized, high wing, all metal, corrosion proof light aluminum alloy formed frames. Highest reliability and low maintenance cost achieved with the two efficient Lycoming TEO540 engines. Their EEC (Electronic Engine Control) allows automated diagnostic and engine run-up. No need for magnetos and manual fuel/air mixture control lever. Safely flyable by a single pilot with Multi Engine Piston (MEP) rating, no type rating issue/renewal required. The TECNAM P2012 comes with a Flight Deck based on proven G1000Nxi Avionic with GFC-700 autopilot and can be equipped with TKS Ice protection, certified for FIKI (Flight Into Known Icing Conditions), weather radar and storm scope – allowing a safe flight mission that will always be on schedule.
CABIN
Space, Comfort and Versatility
The P2012 Traveller airline wide cabin is equipped with nine single generous seats, each provided with window, fresh/hot air outlet, reading light, USB port, cup holder and armrest for a comfortable passenger accommodation. Take advantage of air conditioning, venting and cabin heating for all climate capabilities. No other aircraft of this category features two doors for flight crew and a large rear door as wide cabin opening allowing passengers boarding and easy access to a 1.7 mÂł luggage compartment. High useful load (up to 1414 kg) and high cargo load (4x250kg pallets) can be carried.
